No tea or coffee provided despite it being mentioned on the boarding pass as well.

Tour was OK. Vessel was average. Actual Whale watching exp was good. No tea or coffee provided. It was listed on the back of boarding pass that 1 drink is free. So the conditions mentioned were not fulfilled in its entirety. Not a good experience for first time aus visitors.

I saw whales , the boat was at time. We had a jacket to protect us from the water.

The whale watching tour was great! We saw whales up close, and the boat was on time. They provided us with jackets to keep us dry, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a smooth and exciting experience that I would recommend to others. Thank you !
